I've developed a liking for Meadow recently. I've never really seen the appeal of Willow. It always reminded me of someone differentiating between two Wills ("No, Not Will O., I mean Will K.")
I do think they're too similar for sisters in general. They've got a definite nature theme, matching endings and then they're both two-syllables. The two-syllable thing isn't normally an issue but when they have the same ending it's too much.
