[Opinions] Re: Esther
I don't recall ever meeting a black woman or girl named Esther. I have met a Japanese American Esther, a Caucasian Esther, and someone I know has a daughter named Ester who is not black either. I think it works for people of various races. It has a warm, friendly vibe. Even though it's not a name I would use myself (I'm much more on an Estelle fan), I can appreciate it. I was happy when I heard that someone I met had a daughter named Ester. Esther / Ester is refreshing these days.
