I know a Tahannah, pronounced the same way. I always liked it so Tihana doesn't quite look right to me...

I can see the appeal, but all I see is Tijuana. It's not horrible, but its not one of my favs.

Tijuana was my exact first thought. Then I thought of Tiana (like Magz mentioned), and that it looks like someone wanted to be kre8iv and spell it like Rihanna.

I'm not a fan. Could be pronounced Tee-Hannah, or Tie-ha-nah, or some other variation. Maybe a different spelling would clarify the name, but personally it is too close to Tiana, like the Disney princess.
