I can't tell you much about Vispan. She seems to be the first one ever. It sounds very nicknamey, but it's not an established nickname for anything in particular.

And it sounds like the word 'vispa', meaning to whip (whip cream etc). Cutesy nickname for a little girl that came as a whirlwind? Maybe more suitable as a petname for a toddler.

My neighbour municipality's small local paper. ;) They're really christening announcements, so it's not the parents but the churches who give all names of the newly christened children to the paper. I don't think Valborg was born that day, but it could be a family name. Or maybe they just liked it? ;)
