I have been in love with the name Asta for a girl for a while now, but felt it needed to be a nickname, rather than a full name. Then today I stumbled across the name Astoria and I am even more in love now! I think Astoria is one of the prettiest names I have seen and it has such great nickname potential (Asta, Astor, Astra, Story, etc.). What are your opinions on the name Astoria? I also think I like Astoria Marie as a full name (Marie is my middle name and also a family name) or possibly Astoria Blythe.
