How do you get a zee sound out of a G? And a 'vyev' out of 'vieve' What language are you using?

Unless you mean sheh-neh-VAEV which would be French...

No, zhe-ne-VYEV is the correct French pronunciation. It's not a 'sh', it's a 'zh', and it's YE not AE.
