Ryleigh does look more girlish, but in pronunciation they're exactly the same so I don't see the point in using a spelling that looks so soap-opera/teen drama.

I can't stand the name Riley on either sex. It's so white-bread and ambisexual it has no character at all. And also it seems to be very popular as a dog's name, like Bailey.
