From your title I thought you were considering Silivia which just looks like Saliva.
Silvia is lovely though.
1. Silvia is my favourite, though I like Sylvia too.
2. Yes amd yes.
3. I think a Silvia could be any kind of girl.
4. Sylvia Plath, it also makes me think of silver.
5. Silvia Jane is nice. I also love Silvia Josephine and Silvia Margaret.
