[Opinions] Kymberlee!
My neighbors recently forwarded me a birth announcement for their granddaughter named Kymberlee Edyn. Ughh, I am becoming fed up with crazy spellings! What do you guys think?

Stab me in the eye, stick a fork in my ear. Horrible names with horrific spellings.:(

Poor child! She'll always be correcting people's spelling of her name. Horrendous spellings that cheapen those names.
Incidentally, I saw in a news report yesterday teen sisters called Kimberley and Elisa - such different names, one a sort of modern Beverley and the other so tastefully beautiful.

I used to love Kimberly... This makes me so sad. I like Eden too - talk about two of my favourite names being butchered! :(

Heh, it doesn't offend me that much... one of my cousins is Kymberley and she was born when I was not quite two, so I grew up thinking that was the normal spelling. Even now that I know better, Kimberley still looks pale in comparison.Kymberlee... there's worse things.

I don't think it's that horrible. Unattractive, yes, but at least it's not Kymmburrleigh. Edyn makes me want to say ED-ehn instead of EE-den.I actually like Kimberly and Kimberley. I also think that Kymberly and Kymberley are acceptable even though I dislike them.I don't mind slight spelling variants (e.g. Brittney, Khloe) even though I think they are a lot less attractive than the original they look okay to me. I even like Alyson as much as Alison and come to think of it Allison is also a creative variant spelling and not the original but it looks fine. But I think Kimberly needs a LONG LONG rest. It has been in the top 100 for so long and I can't believe people are still using it so much.I like Eden, spelled like this.

It's flaky-looking, and it also seems dated. Kimberly itself is still pretty popular, at least it is going by the name charts, but this kind of spelling is very eighties or even seventies.

No matter how they spell it, she's still Kimberly Eden. Actually, that looks a lot nicer than what they came up with. Oh, well.

Ugh, I've never liked this name and Kymberlee is atrocious. My niece is Kimberley Paige and while I can't endorse the spelling of Kimberley, at least it's legit.

I cant stand spelling names in such a way. And is the mn supposed to be Eden? Seriously? Just spell it Kimberly Eden. I like it that way, NOT Kymberlee Edyn. Besides the fact that I think everyone would misspell it all the time.

I don't really like the name Kimberly in general. Kymberlee is worse. I don't mind Eden, but Edyn looks trendy and cheesy.
