I love James, nn Jamie for a boy.
"J'aime" (pr. zhemm) is a phrase in French, not a name.
Jaime is a Spanish boy's name, pronounced "HIE-mee" or "HIE-may."
For all those reasons I can't like Jaime for a girl. And I don't think it's Scottish at all. I think it's a typical trendy, American created name. Another reason I don't like it, sorry.
