I've always thought this a very sweet name, with an innocent sound. I think it has a beautiful meaning as well.
It's funny because I actually to a certain extent got RoxStar's impression from it as well, but I also see a smart, quirky, and ambitious woman, reflecting a Lucy that I knew in middle and high school.
