I haven't seen one of these before so I thought I'd give it a shot. I reckon it's pretty self explanatory. (Surnames are up to you)
DH: FN must be no more than five letters long. MN have at least two syllables.
DW: FN must start and end with the letter "A". MN have one syllable.
DD: FN must be a varient or feminisation of the father's FN. MN to be a colour (language doesn't have to be English).
DS/DS: twins' MN must start with the same letter. Thier FN must mean the same thing but in different languages/from different origins.
DS: FN and MN must be alliterative.
DD: FN must be a place name. MN is your choice.
DS/DS: First twin's FN must have a Scottish/Irish association and a MN popular currently in Australia. The second twin's names must be the other way round.
