I think it's in a category with names like Trinity and True, reminds me of 'the Jolie-Pitt offspring' (lol good one), and reminds me of the Neil Diamond song.
I dislike it because Shy Low ... the name is shy and low, and I feel that. Sounds childish and celebby to me.
Sorry =\ My honest opinion. Yeah it's usable, they didn't ruin it - I just didn't like it to begin with. On either sex. I slightly expect a boy, and am slightly disappointed if it's a girl named that.
