According to my some of my friends and some on the internet it's associated with a famous male porn star who has the name. Yes, he is the first thing that comes up when I do a Google search of Rocco. Do you think it might be potentially risqué or embarrassing to call a boy Rocco because of the association with the porn star (outside of countries where the name is common, like Italy)?
