I like Marlo, but the Marlowe spelling has a sinister edge for me. I'm not sure why. When I was in high school, one of my best friends had a little sister named Marlowe who was a perfectly nice kid.
Whatever the spelling, I don't think it's too strongly associated with Sienna Miller. I didn't even know she had children. She's not a particularly influential celebrity, imo.
Between Meadow and Marlow(e), I'd pick Meadow. Meadow and Marlo is a tougher choice; I'd pick Marlo.
