first thought: is it a real name? it sounds quite strange & and I've never seen it before, although it simulates to be french...
I just know the name Phèdre (with a è not a é) from a tragedy of
Jean Racine, and I think it's the french form of greek Phaidra or maybe the writer just invented it.
