I like it, and I think it's usable.
The one question I'd have is is it ANN-is or an-EES? Anise looks like an-EES to me, while Annis would be ANN-is. Either way, I like both.

Yes. I think it's really pretty.
There's also Anisa / Anissa. I looked after a little girl named Anissa Camille, and I think that's a nice version too.
