[Opinions] Re: Paloma
I've never thought about this name before, I'm not too familiar with it to be honest. I've probably only heard the name a handful of times. There's something appealing about it but I can't figure out what. Maybe it's the second syllable 'o' and last syllable 'a' like one of my favourite names, Fiona. Although, while it's pretty and unique and even artsy sounding, there's something a little off about it. Unlike Fiona, which to me has a soft elegance to it, Paloma sounds a bit...harsh. Like if I had to associate it with a sound, it'd be a big thud. I can imagine a very loud, rude, obnoxious personality bearing this name. I guess I'm undecided! lolI'm not British and I'm not aware of the singer Paloma Faith so obviously there's no association there for me.
