What I might use if I have twins
BB: Solon and Orion, maybe Ramses and Orion (I used to love Tycho and Jochem for BB twins)
GB: Nova and Orion
GG: Nova and Era
GPs:
BB: Ramses and Osiris (I might consider really using Ramses, but Osiris is definitely GP only)
BG: Fabian and Leocadia "Fay and Leo"
GG: Ravenna and Verona (I've loved this since forever)
edited: and just for the hell of it, the full combos of the names I'd use (all MNs honouring/special meaning):
Solon Marino Constantine
Orion Santiago Faro (or Orion Santiago Elias)
Nova Odilia Elodie
Orion Marino Constantine
Nova Odilia Elodie
Era Catharina Philippa
