With an h, it's very dated where I live but is sometimes still used by the family-conscious or the trendily retro. And it would be pronounced you-HUN-uh.
I greatly prefer Joanna.
As a mn, I think anything with an Ann- in it should be avoided. Pity about Annabel, but the sound isn't good.
