Winifred Larkbecause I picked Jane up above. The d-L is a bit tricky, but Lark is such a bright, friendly companion to Winifred that it doesn't matter.

It's nms, but not too bad... I'm even ok w/ the nn, Winnie.

Winifred AlexaA nice, quasi-modern combo with a solid architectural feel.

Winifred RuthW. Hero is also quite cool. Something's a bit odd about W. Vega - I find Vega totally overpowering here, but I'm still interested in it.

Winifred DaisyDespite the repeated Ds, the brightness of Daisy saps up a lot of the darkness of W. and makes for a very pleasant result with a lot of light and air in it.

Winifred Blytheis the winner here. Though it's a bit blustery, it's very bright and free. Winifred Iris is interesting with the repeating Is, but in the end the flow is a bit... clicky? for me.

Winifred Bryony
Winifred Elinor
Winifred ColleenEr, no, I don't think it's a nice name! Memories of my high-school science teacher, who was incompetent and, in self-defence probably, a martinet, ruined it for me for ever, and not even my friend's very pleasant little dachshund can convince me otherwise. It's a good dachshund name, though - it wiggles!

Yup, it is a nice name. It manages to be both stern and playful, and it has great nicknames and a positive meaning. Winifred Mina
Winifred Hannah
Winifred Zora
Winifred Nora
Winifred Mary

Winifred Marythe winner from this lot. Something's a little congested about W. Nora... W. Hannah is quite nice though! W. Mary is just a relaxing, concise balance of buttoned-up and free.

Genevieve and Margot are quite nice in the mn spot for this one.

While I don't like any of the mns on their own (Lilac, I don't mind, but have never thought of as a personal name), Winnifred Pearl actually flows quite nicely.

Winifred Pearlis the pick here. Winifred Doris is appealing, but I think the flow is a bit severe. Lilac is quite nice too.
