LOVE!! Two of my absolute fave names and most people on here will say they are too cutesy, nick-namey and childish, but I still love them! Gorgeous, beautiful, feminine names.

Way too cutesy. I do love Millie though.

Millie is okay. It's my mom's nickname (her name is Camilla).I don't like Poppy. It's ugly.

Millie got lucky, but not very lucky.

Lovely names but a but too cutesy. I can imagine toddlers called Poppy and Millie, or two sweet little old ladies, but I can't picture it on two adults.

Nah... I don't like it. Millie is sort of cute, maybe as a nickname. But Poppy reminds me of the word for grandfather and "poopy," and it also sounds really juvenile. And together they sound WAY to juvenile. It also sounds like a sibset that would be very trendy in England.

I think its a cute sibset, but I would prefer Millie as a nickname--perhaps for Millicent or Mildred alongside Poppy.

Sounds too much like British pets...

They sound like a pair of dogs rather than sisters. My name is Millie, so for that to come from someone bearing one of these names I think it's bad. I love my name. I love Millie to pieces. But paired with Poppy I can't get the association with dogs out of my head. They sound awfully cutesy and young together.
Penelope and Millicent "Poppy and Millie" would probably be better. Or Millie and something else, something stronger such as Ruth, Beth, Nina, Megan etc :)
