It sounds like a name someone uses because they want to be different. I have the association with the movie Electra, which I didn't see but it looked absolutely dreadful and apparently didn't do so well, so other people may also have a negative association with it. Not to mention it has that electric thing to it.
Oh, that and its basically the name of a vengeful murderess (see the meaning of the name for details).
Not my thing. In theory though, if we are just choosing names based on a neanderthal desire to make noises then sure, it has a cool sound to it.

Electra Inez
Electra Lenore
Electra Shock (haha, had to)
Electra Viatrix
Electra Xochitl
