Help[Opinions] Anthony, Lachlan & Fletcher
I would be appreciative if you could give your opinions on each name, and also tell me how you pronounce it, and any nicknames you can think of. Also, what combo do you think would sound nicest, out of the three names?

Anthony - very nice name, classic. Possible nicknames - Ant, Tony.
Lachlan - really like this one. Not very popular where I am from, which makes it more appealing to me :-) nn- Lachey (a friends of mine's brother named his baby Lachey, as a full name. I think its very cute, but would be nicer as a nickname.)
Fletcher - okay, not really my style, but would make a good middle name. Fletch is a cute nickname.
I agree with Elemmennope - Lachlan Anthony is the way to go!

my fav is Anthony (an-thon-ee) then Lachlan (loc-len). I'm not to fond of Fletcher (flet-her) though.

Anthony - Nice, classic name, but not too worn. I like it and wouldn't use any nicknames for it, especially not Tony because it's so overused. I pronounce it AN-tho-nee
Lachlan - Love it! This one is on my favourite boys' names list. It looks and sounds great. This name, too, doesn't need any nicknames as far as I'm concerned, but if I had to choose one, I'd probably use Lach. I would pronounce this name LACH-lan
Fletcher - Too much of a surname to me, though definitely not from the worst end. Fletch is the only proper nickname I can tink of. I pronounce this name FLECH-ur.
I definitely like Lachlan the best out of the whole bunch.

Anthony: I like it, but I don't think I'd use it, since it was very popular here for boys born in the 80s! I pronunce it ANN-thuh-nee, and I like the ideas of Tony, Anton, and Ant as nicknames.
Lachlan: I know a kid named Loklan--how ugly is that? Lachlan is far better, but it seems too up-and-coming for my tastes. I like Lockie, Lock, and Lanny / Lenny as nicknames, but it doesn't really need one.
Fletcher: Completely a surname for me. In fact, it's the last name of some friends of mine, so they're who I see when I hear the name. It works, of course, but the fact that I know a Fletcher family means I wouldn't use it myself. (Plus, it sounds very soap opera to me.) Fletch and Larry come to mind as nicknames. ;)
Fletcher Anthony would be my pick for a combo--mostly because Fletcher nn Larry appeals a lot to me! :P The combo of the plumber-guy nickname with the romance novel full name really makes me smile.

Anthony ~ (an-tha-nee) nns Tony, Anty. Very italian, the nn Tony makes me think of the mafia or a little pizzaria. I don't have a very good impression of Anthony, it's also a bit too popular for me.
Lachlan ~ (lock-lan) nns Lock/Lach. I'm liking this more and more lately, it's a strong Scottish name that makes me think of heros, but could just as easily work for a little boy.
Fletcher ~ (flet-chur) nns Fletch. I think this is super cute! it's not as popular as other occupational surnames (Tanner, Spencer, Hunter) and it has a sleek feel about it. It will age very well imo.
I tend to go more towards Lachlan & Fletcher so I'd say Fletcher Lachlan or Lachlan Fletcher. I don't think Anthony goes very well with Fletcher but I guess Lachlan Anthony wouldn't be too bad.
