The only one that comes to mind is Joseph. I love Joseph, but I'm not keen on Joe or Joey. I don't dislike them, but Joseph is just better, IMO.
My family and friends call me Rach sometimes, but I like it. In fact, I think I may be the only Rachael/Rachel on this board who likes it. I think it's friendly.
