Whoa, whoa, whoa - a non-Greek named Xanthippe? (rolls eyes)
BTW, why aren't there any Arabic or other ethnic names in the British birth announcements (considering how multicultural Britain is these days)? A lot of them start with Z.

Xanthippe is a lot of name! I kind of like it, but I can't imagine it'll be the easiest name in the world to live with.
Phyllis is one of the ugliest names in the English language, and this coming from someone who likes Gertrude. I wonder if they used it to honour daddy Philip.
Xavier Alfred is very handsome, I don't really like Basil especially with the UK pronunciation.
