First, I'm sorry if anyone has personally insulted you or your intelligence based on your name choice. No argument should ever come to that.
Second, well, I can't say I applaud your name choice. Whenever someone asks me what they consider a "teen-mom" name, or my least favorite name,
Nevaeh is the name that automatically comes to mind. I'm just not sure where the appeal lies. I, personally and solely my opinion, think the name sounds juvenile and extremely unappealing. I'm not sure what the message of "Heaven-spelled-backwards" is supposed to be, either. If you like
Heaven, then find a name with that or similar meaning. Or maybe name her
Heaven, which I also think, as a name, is infantile in sound, but is still miles above
Nevaeh. And, the misspelling of an already strange name is kind of odd, in my opinion. It's been stripped of what little meaning it's possessed.
Please know that I am in no way trying to tear you or your opinions down. I'm just sharing mine, and since you said it won't have any bearing on what you choose, then it really won't matter in the end anyway. Good luck and God bless to you and yours.
