The top 1000? That leaves out a lot of names. You know anything outside of the top 100 isn't actually all that common?
For example, these names are all in the top 1000:

I included some considered highly uncommon and others considered "common" but which you never really hear even though they're on this chart. Hell, Genesis is at 56 and how often do you meet a baby with that name?

lol I wasn't suggesting any of those names to go with Winter, I was asking about why OP would not want any names from the top 1000 because it's not like they're common (hence, the examples from the top 1000).

yeahhhh, that would be a typo on my part! I meant top 100, not top 1000!
Sorry about that! Haven't had time to get back until now.
I figured I wouldn't get many replies because I mean at this point who cares about Winter- it's all about spring! But I didn't realize I typed 1000!
