Looks like a variant of Pandora influenced by panda, initially. However, it seems Pandra is actually a Celtic girl's name meaning "chief dragon." Neat meaning, but I already dislike the sound of Pandora, so this one is a step-up in bad for me. At least it doesn't seem to be a misspell, though.

I saw that same meaning on ThinkBabynames when I Googled it but it didn't seem all that credible, especially since it claimed it comes from a variant of Pendragon. I thought it might be a star or something, because of her sisters name, but it appears not.
