Cecelia is the kind of spelling error that sets my teeth on edge.
Celia is nice, in its place, which is not as part of
Cecilia.
I believe that see-sil is the preferred American pronunciation. OK. Does it affect the way you pronounce
Cecilia or
Cecily? I'm only used to the ses- version for all of them.
My father was probably the last of the Cecils. I'd use
Cecily for a daughter and maybe
Cecil as a mn, given enough sons.
