[Opinions] you're in the UK, right?
If so, you probably ddon't realize that Attica is a famous state prison in New York state that in the seventies was the scene of a very long and bloody riot.
I'm not seeing Atticus being "very popular" or even remotely popular, except among people on this board.

I agree. Atticus is different than Attica. Atticus is cool and hipster and literary while Attica is...not.

I agree that the prison and its riots renders Attica unusable in the US, and the prison was in fact the first thing I thought of upon seeing the heading of the OP. But I disagree about Atticus. Admittedly, you can't say yet that it's very popular, since it's still only number 404. But that's a leap from being nowhere on the chart in 2003. I think it likely that it will become quite popular among the general public. I don't think Attica prison is going to affect the popularity of Atticus at all.
