Sherlock Holmes.
Also, the only time I ever hear people being called
Sherlock is sarcastically, when somebody's said or done something very dumb; example, watching the news last night, the anchor introduced a story about a teenage tennis player who came out of nowhere to be a champion. He opened with something like "If you've never heard of
Tina Tennisplayer before, this will be the first you've heard of her." Very clumsy and poorly-worded intro, and my husband muttered "No sh**,
Sherlock!"
