I would definitely try to avoid naming twins with the same first initial... So while my current favourite boy names that start with E are Edwin and Everett... I'd probably go Edwin and Ezekiel, so I could call them Edwin and Zeke ;) They'd be Edwin James and Ezekiel Jeremy.
