All the sudden I'm drawing blanks on the twins I know!

Mary Margaret and Caroline (like these)
Adam and Andrew (meh)
Anna, Emily, and Allie (triplets, but whatev) (fairly nice)
Patrick and Molly (cute but nms)
Anne and Emma (cute)
Caroline and Connor (seem mismatched)
Susan and Katie (Katherine) (cute)
that's all I can think of!!
