I think they're southern or country for sure. They've got a very Kentucky vibe about them, though that may be heavily due to Rylan, which makes me think of Raylan, from Justified.
Starlet is cheesy as all get out though, like a modern version of a Puritan names and where her siblings are Classy and Papped.
