[Opinions] Calling on all Greeks! Are these names actually usable in Greek?
So. This is for all Greeks, including Greek Orthodox Americans (or of any country really) or those who live in Greece. The names are Marta, Ezra, and Tobias.
I have specific questions on each name:
Marta: Would it work if I used Marta as her birth name and used Μάρθα as her baptism name? I know that Martha is the original Greek spelling and everything but I'm absolutely in love with Marta and want to make it work in Greek. Or would it work the same way as Petra: Πέτρα?
Ezra & Tobias: would this actually work as a baptism name? I know they aren't actual saints but they're biblical figures. How would you do it if you used Ezra or Tobias?Question for all three: Do you know any Greeks with these names? Thanks!
