The name immediately reminds me of Yetta Rosenberg, who was the maternal grandmother of Fran Fine in the sitcom "The Nanny". See the picture below:
I grew up with that show, so it's quite difficult to separate the name from her. It doesn't feel like a fresh name to me, I can't picture it on a child. However, I recognise that this name is quite uncommon, so a child with the name would have an advantage. She would stand out positively among the many Bailees, Mackenzies, Madisyns, etc. As such, in the end, I think it's a pretty okay name to bestow upon a child.
