In Swedish it's pronounced AH-duh. I think it's a bit too old-fashioned and in Sweden people tell jokes about "Kal and Ada from Gothenburg" (Kal being the Gothenburg dialect pr. of Karl, it's not really spelled like that), it's a bit like the Ole and Lena jokes in America, I think.
OTOH, I kind of like the English pronounciation AY-da. It makes me think of "The Piano", which I liked (and I love the music).Ada Emily
