[Opinions] Re: Sullivan, Frederick & Abel
Sullivan- hmm. NMS, but it does sound nice, and look nice, I must admit. I've heard the nickname 'Sully' used. Cute, and very Monsters Inc to me, but there is the problem of the literal meaning of the word 'sully'- your child is not sullying the world! They are making it better! They are making you happy! Don't call them 'sully'!
Frederick- I can appreciate it. Both Fred and Frederick are cute but NMS, likewise Ricky, though I find that slightly better.
Abel- love. I think bible names are more often than not actually really nice. It's a shame, because I'll end up giving any children horribly religious names (I love a lot of names from other religions and cultures too, especially Islam), and everyone will think I'm a fanatic. I'm not. I've always been resolutely atheist. Even when I was three, and harshly informed my one-year-old sister that Santa didn't exist. I don't think she understood me."You can have freedom, or you can have peace. But not both at once."
