I like Millicent. I think it has a sweetness to it, and I do love Milly/Millie. I've always liked this nickname for Camille, too.
I'm not huge on Clarissa. I think Clarisse is interesting, but Clarissa is a bit lack-luster, though it shouldn't be. I'm not sure if that makes sense.
