I like Nin or Dean best.

If I myself had a Nadine whom I had to nickname Id likely go with Deedee or Dina ("DEE-nuh") as those feel the most intuitive to me. Or maybe Nanie / Nonie ("NAH-nee")

Ooo, I like Nanie. I can't believe I didn't think of Deedee (or Dede, etc.). Adding to the list!

after reading the links...

Deedee (or Didi) is my favorite. It's cute, seems like a natural nn for Nadine, and it's got repetition going for it.
