Is name given by male or female the is a cultural name that's why give by both male and female in our language mandinka in west Africa the Gambia amara means take care of it
There are some names that are feminine in some parts of the world and masculine in other parts of the world like the name Rio is feminine in Japan but in other parts of the world its a masculine name. Some names are unisex like Kayden Farah Ren Sora and Izzy.

Yes, sometimes there can be same-sounding names which are masculine in certain parts of the world but feminine elsewhere. An example would Joan, which is feminine in English but masculine in Dutch and Catalan.
And, of course, there are many names which are unisex in their country of origin, such as Hikaru in Japanese.

No I haven't and one is from Algeria and the other is from America.
