I don't like it. I think Faith is a nice enough name and I can't understand why one would need to tack -lynn onto the end of it. It makes the name sound and look childish to me, and the "th" and "l" sounds blend together in a very lispy and unattractive way when I try to say it. I don't think it's the worst -lynn name out there, but I just can't see the appeal, personally.
