Linnea Marie
Thea Madeleine stands out for me - lovely flow, good names, over-popular Madeleine tactfully hidden in the mn slot where its spelling variations won't matter.
Aveline is too complicated, and Linnea is ... very now.

Linnea Madeleine?
From your options I would go for Madeleine Thea.

Aveline Thea
Thea Madeleine
I wouldn't personally use Linnea, because it's too close to a sibling name. But then I'm easily confused. You can't go wrong with the others. They are all lovely.
Aveline : pronunciation issues for life?
I like Aveline but worry (obsess) over possibility that ppl will assume "Evelyn" each and every time.
On a related note, with my first born, a librarian named Laura asked what my baby 's name was. When I said "Lar@", she freaked out, stomped off saying, "Well! She'll be explaining that for the rest of her life!"
So I am overly sensitive to saddling kids with names that sound like other names, if that makes sense.
Librarians... there all uptight, anyway, right? :-/

The librarians where I live are crazy. Not uptight but eccentric. Thank god I don't go to library's anymore. That was the 90's. My mom made me go to one in October and it's the library I went to as a kid and it hasn't changed.
Laura had issues with her own name, that's all. Everyone gets teased for their name at some point. Some people won't like their name, some will love it. You can't predict or control for everything, no name is perfect. Not everyone with a given name is going to have the same issues with it as other people with the same name.
With all the unique names out there these days tons of people have spelling problems. even people with common names get their name misspelled regularly. People just don't pay much attention if it's not their own name. In the distant past, spelling was not important. As long as it was understood who you were talking about, it was good.
Of your names, I'd say Madeleine would have the most issues. There's more than one way to pronounce it, it's long & with multiple spellings. Thea would have the least issues, but I'm sure someone would inevitably spell it Thaya or something. :P
