I am not a huge fan of Nicoletta. It is just too flowery for me.
I prefer Nicolette and Nicola. If I were choosing names from that family I would go for the simple Nicole or Colette.
For a nickname I would choose Etta or Coley. I strongly dislike Nicky/Nikki.
For combos something simpler to balance it
Nicoletta Ivy
Nicoletta Mireille
Nicoletta Paz
Nicoletta Giselle
Nicoletta Opal
Nicoletta Diane
Nicoletta Maureen
~Anna~
