The idea of Hill as a female first name is very intriguing!
Hill Bernadette - My favorite of your choices. I think it works well since Bernadette is strong and quirky.
Hill Norma and Hill Verna - these make it sound too backwoods and frumpy
Hill Cherry - it does sound tacky
I like the idea of it paired with something along the Bernadette line, something more upbeat.
