[Opinions] Full name for Millie?
I love Millie but I feel that it needs a full name to back it up. I honestly like Mildred in a weird sort of way but I'm not sure that I have the guts to use it. I like Camilla, but does Millie come out of that easily? I'm afraid people are just going to go straight to Cammie. Any other ideas.

Millicent or Amelia. Personally I love the name Millie and don't think it needs a full name at all.

I guess Millicent and Milena could work too.

I always knew of Millie as a nickname for Amelia.
If you don't like that, what about Marilla?

Millicent? Amaryllis? I think Camilla is a pretty safe bet, actually - it's a really good name, all the Cameron people will have used up the nation's supplies of Cam and Cammie, and the -mil- syllable is accented anyway. As long as she never has a sister named Diana, all will be well.

Matilda? No one has mentioned this yet. My favourite full names for Millie are Amelia and Romilly which have already been said.

Camille/Camilla or Emilia could work.

I think Camilla is a perfectly reasonable way to get Millie, and seems equally as intuitive as Cammie (which is horrible IMO). The Camille's/Camilla's I've known were not called Cammie. I also like Amelia, Emilie and Milena.

I definitely think Camilla would work. To be honest, Millie seems more of an intuitive nn for that name than Cammie. I don't like Mildred just because it makes me think of mildew. :( My dd is Emilia and sometimes we call her Millie. :)

Millicent is the go-to for that nickname (in my head anyway).
Others:
Amelia (Emilia, Emily) might work too.
Romilly
Milena
Ludmila
Mila
AmelieMaybe...
Melisande

how about Amelia?

I'm a Millie but it's my full name and I've never had a problem with it.
However... If you really feel the need to lengthen Millie...I went to school with an Amelia who went by Millie. I also met a little Emilia who was 'Millie'.
You may find the long ending syllable of Camille lends itself to Millie better than Camilla.
Mildred is alright but don't forget her old-school partner Millicent.
Or you could go thoroughly modern with Romilly.Hope this has helped :-)

Also Romilda. I like Romilda.
Millicent is a nice name and I prefer it to Mildred.
Emilia and Amelia are also good names.
Camilla works well for having Millie as a nn. I like Camilla as well.
