"Spanish accent" is a bit misleading, because every variation of Spanish has a different "accent"...
It would also depend on how well the person spoke English - obviously then the person would use the English pronunciation. But even then a person might have some trouble with English J and "er", so perhaps something like "Jass-pehr".
Of course someone were to pronounce
Jasper according to Spanish phonetics, it would be something like "has-pehr".
