I don't care for it. It's too much of a word, not enough of a name, if that makes sense. :b I know a little, now about 8 years old, named Race. His parents are a little quirky. The dad is about 20-25 years younger than the mother (she has 3 daughters from a previous marriage, the oldest of which is only a few years younger than her 'stepfather'). Also, the dad has jet black hair and a ton of piercings. I guess that's neither here nor there, but they are kind of "different" people I guess (and not overly friendly) so I wasn't overly surprised by the name when he was born. They claim it wasn't because they love racing or anything, but after the character Race Bannon from "Jonny Quest." Um, ok. :b
