The idea behind this NTNB is it will follow a number of families living in the same street over so many years. Every "round" the same number of years will have passed for each family and we will see how they've changed.

ROUND 1
Family 1
BF: [27]
GF: [24]
This 20-somethings couple moved to the street two years ago. He is a technician at a university in the city and she works at the local primary school. His first name was popular at the time of his birth (in the 80s) but her name is much more popular now than it was when she was growing up. Their middle names are traditional and surnames your choice.
Family 2
H: [30]
H: [32]
This couple have lived in the area since they were boys and have known each other for over 20 years. One's double-barrelled first name is nature inspired, he doesn't have a middle name and his surname is common. While the other's classical first name is balanced out by a whacky middle name; his surname is less common but not unheard of.
Family 3
H: [22]
W: [21]
D: [3]
This family moved in with their young daughter a couple of years ago. The father's FN, MN and LN are all Polish. The mum's names begin with ABC respectively and are English. For their daughter they chose an English name recognised in literature and a Polish middle.
Family 4
: [36]
dog: [boy - 5]
This neighbour has a gender-neutral FN and a unisex colour middle; surname is Scottish. Their dog's name is very Scottish.
